Richard Wolfströme / Richard Wolfstrome – Shamanic Practitioner, Teacher and Facilitator

Hello, I'm Richard.

I'm a shamanic practitioner, artist, and facilitator with a deep interest in how ancient ways of knowing can help us navigate the opportunities and complexities of modern life. Through From Our Roots, I offer workshops, trainings and one-to-one sessions that invite people to cultivate deeper relationships with themselves, each other, and the greater living world.

My own path has been shaped by many years of practice and enquiry. Since 2008, I've immersed myself in shamanic and animistic traditions, sharing this work through workshops and trainings since 2017. Alongside this, my journey has included Jungian shadow work through The ManKind Project and Band of Brothers, together with Integral Life Practice, each contributing to a broader understanding of what it means to live with awareness, authenticity, and reciprocity.

At the heart of my work lies a simple understanding: that life is fundamentally relational. Whether I'm facilitating personal exploration, working creatively with communities, or designing meaningful experiences of place, I'm continually drawn to practices that deepen belonging, encourage direct knowing, and help us rediscover our place within the wider community of life.

I don't see my role as providing answers. Instead, I seek to create the conditions in which people can explore, discover, and develop a relationship with the wisdom that already exists within themselves, their communities, and the living world around them.

If this approach resonates with you, I'd be delighted to welcome you to a workshop, share a conversation, or simply explore whether this work feels like the right next step.
